Limited Factory Warranty. For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to Purchaser of the product(s), Southern Metal Products d/b/a Aeicor Metal Products and d/b/a All Broward Hurricane (collectively, referred to as the "Company") warrants solely to Purchaser that the delivered product(s) shall be of good quality, material and workmanship, merchantable and free from any material defects in manufacture, design and workmanship. This limited warranty is non-transferrable and non-assignable. This limited warranty does not cover painted, anodized or other coated finishes (a finish/coating warranty may be available directly from the finish/coating supplier) or damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, Acts of God, etc. Purchaser understands that the products are not intended to be watertight and are not guaranteed or warranted to prevent or resist water intrusion.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, DESIGN, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

Paint Finish Warranty. When applicable, a paint/coating finish warranty may be provided directly to the property owner from the finish material supplier and not through the Company. For roofing panels, paint/coating finish warranties typically range between twenty (20) to thirty-five (35) years depending on the finish material supplier and the product. For canopies, there is no paint/coating finish warranty on the standard finish materials used or on anodized finishes; however, alternative finishes such as Kynar and powder-coating are available at an additional cost and generally provide a warranty period ranging from one (1) to five (5) years. For products other the roofing panels and canopies such as hurricane shutter products and architectural metal products, the paint/coating finish warranty is typically one (1) year depending on the product. Extended paint/coating finish warranties are generally available from the finish material supplier at an additional cost.

Repair and Replacement. In the event that Purchaser receives defective product(s) in breach of the Limited Factory Warranty, Purchaser shall within thirty (30) days notify the Company of the defect in writing prior to the expiration of the one (1) year Limited Factory Warranty period. In the event that a material defect is determined, the Company shall, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, repair or replace such product(s) or any component or part of the product(s). Any warranty services performed by the Company shall be the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the Limited Factory Warranty.
